Our Day to Day Itinerary

 Day 1: Pick up from Arusha Airport

Upon arrival at the airport, you will be warmly welcomed by your professional safari guide and transferred to your hotel in Arusha. Depending on your arrival time, you may relax at the hotel, enjoy the beautiful surroundings, or take a short walk around the area. Your guide will brief you about the safari and answer any questions regarding the upcoming adventure.

Day 2: Tarangire National Park

After breakfast, drive to Tarangire National Park, famous for its enormous elephant population and ancient baobab trees. The Tarangire River attracts wildlife throughout the year, making it one of the best wildlife viewing destinations in Tanzania.

• Lions, leopards, and cheetahs
• Giraffes, zebras, wildebeests, and impalas
• Hundreds of bird species
• Massive baobab trees and stunning landscapes

Day 3: Lake Manyara National Park – Maasai Village Visit – Mto wa Mbu Cultural Tour

After breakfast, enjoy a game drive in Lake Manyara National Park, one of Tanzania’s most scenic parks. Later, visit a traditional Maasai village to learn about Maasai culture, customs, traditional homes, and daily life. Continue to Mto wa Mbu village for a guided cultural and town tour where you will experience local markets, farms, and community life.

What to Expect

• Tree-climbing lions (if lucky)
• Hippos, elephants, monkeys, and giraffes
• Flamingos and other birdlife along the lake
• Traditional Maasai dances and cultural experiences
• Local banana plantations and village life
• Interaction with local communities

Day 4: Ngorongoro Crater – Ndutu Area

After an early breakfast, descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, one of Africa’s greatest natural wonders and a UNESCO World Heritage Site. After a game drive on the crater floor, continue to the Ndutu area.

• Excellent chance of spotting the Big Five
• Black rhinos
• Lions, elephants, buffaloes, and hyenas
• Hippo pools and beautiful crater scenery
• Large concentrations of wildlife in a small area

Day 5: Ndutu Area Exploration

Spend the entire day exploring the Ndutu region located within the Ngorongoro Conservation Area and southern Serengeti ecosystem. This area is famous for predator activity and seasonal migration movements.

• Lions, cheetahs, and leopards
• Hyenas and jackals

Day 6: Ndutu to Central Serengeti National Park

After breakfast, drive toward Central Serengeti while enjoying game viewing along the way. Arrive in the heart of the Serengeti for an afternoon game drive.

• Leopards in acacia trees
• Elephants, giraffes, and large antelope populations
• Incredible sunset views

Day 7: Full Day Central Serengeti National Park
